W.R. Berkley wanted to regularly communicate with their expanding broker base. After taking the decision to use email template they asked FWD Heehaw to design a template for them and run the technical side of the campaign.
Detailed reporting now allows WRB to analyse the level of interest in new communicated topics and to pursue hot prospects.
