Project Description
The Royal Bank of Scotland's Group Communications team is responsible for managing employee access to some of Scotland's greatest golf courses - including Gleneagles and Turnberry. Heehaw worked with Group Communications to create an internal booking system that would manage requests and the responses from the Golf courses.
The system streamlines a user's request by providing a different set of options depending on their requirements and the particulars of the Golf Estate - greatly reducing the amount of communication required. The system has resulted in considerable time savings in the booking process.
